Jackie's 4get Me Nots

No vase can overflow if you never fill it up.

I subscribed to a food delivery program called Hello fresh (referral link). I found out about it while watching Carlie Stylez talk about how good the meals are. She sounded pretty confident, and I was persuaded to try it out for myself. I am very impressed with how good it actually is! Take it from someone who doesn’t know how to cook. These recipes help you cook like a pro. They are delicious and foolproof. You cannot go wrong when you follow directions. Each meal comes in a brown shopping bag and includes all the ingredients you will need for that recipe.

Tonight I made this simple Lamb Ragu with the roasted bell peppers.

Everyone who registers as a first-time customer and uses my voucher code will receive a $40 discount on their first delivery and I will get a reward for $25 off next delivery. Of course, you don’t have to use my link, but it would make me happy 😀 It’s also a considerable saving! My meal plan (pronto) is $79.99/weekly and you get 3 meals for 2 people.  That will give me, a single person, 6 meals a week!!! I usually spend more than a hundred dollars a week on food.

I got my first delivery today, and I was able to schedule it for once a month because it’s all I’m prepared to commit to right now.

The next dinner on the menu was rosemary walnut crusted Chicken. I forgot to take a picture of the salad. The chicken was good even as unappetizing as it looks but the potatoes! ♥
