Jackie's Forget Me Nots

Update on the damaged eyeshadow:

My new shadow palette in the shade (comfort zone) came today! They sent me a new one free of charge and I didn’t have to return the broken and damaged one. I snapped a pic even though you can’t see how beautiful the colors truly are. I am obsessed with this palette and I am so happy and thrilled to have gotten a new one sent to me that isn’t damaged. Yay! Thank you Wet’n’Wild!

My Wet’n’Wild Haul came today!

Unicorn Highlighting Brush $4.99
Ultimate Brow Highlighter $4.99
Color Icon Eyeshadow in the shade “comfort zone” $4.99
MegaSlim Skinny Mascara $4.99
Mega highlighting powder in blossom glow $4.99

Now for the bad news.

The one product that I really wanted was damaged in the shipping and got all over everything! I am not crying over the price cause it was affordable but in the shipping. How could they? You disappoint me Wet n wild!

I bought the “once beautiful” eyeshadow thinking it would teach me how to apply color on my eyelids. It shows exactly where to apply the color but now it’s just a mess. You are supposed to see what color to apply on the eyelid, the brow bone or the crease. At first, I’m like “Oh no no no. I’m going to have to return this” but I simply changed my attitude and wiped everything off. I really don’t know if Wet’n’Wild would reimburse me a free palette even though it is their fault, but still. They need to package the products more carefully in bubble wrap. I wonder if this has happened to anyone else? It didn’t cost much (except for the shipping) I don’t want it happening again. What do you think I should do? Should I even tell the company in an email? Anyway, so I called them. The only way to contact them is by clicking the contact us link at the bottom of their website. They are experiencing unusual volumes of calls apparently. How many times have I heard that?!! What? Is everyone having the same problem as me or something?
I’m excited and I can’t wait to play with my new makeup. The highlighter looks brilliant. I love the Unicorn brush!

Don't Eat That

The food pyramid is a lie, meat fat is good for you, and many (if not most) health problems are treatable with diet alone.
