Jackie's Forget Me Nots

No vase can overflow if you never fill it up.

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer aka Kimberley.

I hope everyone is enjoying the Easter weekend. If it isn’t filled with mounds of chocolate, it is mountains of snow that are being dumped on us. Brilliant. I don’t think I can remember it ever snowing on Easter.

What’s new on my shelf this week?

The Chosen (Black Dagger Brotherhood #15) by J.R Ward
Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo
Shadow’s Seduction (The Dacians #2) by Kresley Cole

From the Library

The Shape of Things To Come by H.G. Wells
Arcana Rising by Kresley Cole

I binge watched The Walking Dead on Netflix and Season 7 broadcast on Youtube. Because of that, I was curious about what Dr. Eugene was reading and I had to get the book The Shape Of Things To Come by H.G. Wells.

S05E05 – Self Help. Eugene is reading H.G. Wells’ The Shape of Things to Come.

I am addicted, and I can’t wait for season 8. I am debating if I should get some graphic novel of TWD. So I went downtown today and learned that HMV Canada has closed all their stores :/ WTH? Where else are we to get movies and Funko pops? I am pissed about that because now I’ll have to get the shit I want online which makes me have to wait even longer for said shit.

  1. I have yet to read a Kressley Cole book. I keep saying I need to! I have also never watched TWD. My husband enjoys it; I don’t watch TV often though and when I do, its usually true crime stuff!
    Have a great week!

Oh! I didn’t know you could see season 7 of TWD on YouTube. I’ll have to go check that out so I can get caught up.

YES! You can, but it will cost you the price of buying it on DVD, so ya. Season 7 is brutal.
