Jackie's 4get Me Nots

No vase can overflow if you never fill it up.

The topic for today is Banned.

It was bound to happen sooner or later. The moderator from the Religion and Philosophy forum on Myspace banned me. As a result, I have about 3 Myspace accounts. That was years ago before any of the main social networking sites were even thought of or widely known, as Youtube and Twitter were only an egg. Twitter used to be where you shared what was happening in your life but I never really started using it until I became a blogger.

I began blogging in 2008. I miss Myspace, though. I was a regular on the forums, but when Facebook took over, the forums shut down. I learned a lot about my faith back then. Things I never really knew or never questioned about being Catholic. I would have never known NOT to take communion if you had unconfessed sin. Going to confession is hard because I sin so frequently. It became a daily thing that I had to do if I wanted to take communion. I don’t know if one can just assume God will forgive you without confessing your sins aka repenting. But I imagine there is a Grace period; I just never learned my lessons. Going to church takes practice, and I never knew you could just cross your arms in front of you, and the priest would then give you a blessing, but still. It was because of Myspace I found out. I still am unsure if learning about Catholicism on Myspace was a good thing or not. It was a long time ago, and my question is will God damn me to hell if I don’t go to Church? I am only being facetious and annoying now. Seriously.
