You can make this Chili recipe quickly in an Instant Pot.
I would brown the onions first and whatever kind of meat you choose (ground beef, beef sirloin tips) in the Instant Pot. Add the do-it-yourself Chili spices: chili powder, cumin, paprika, cocoa powder, black pepper and dried oregano. Moreover, add the crushed tomatoes and mix well. Then pour your coconut amino, bone broth, or whatever the substitute to the fish sauce you want (cause I do not like the sound of that). Set your timer on stew for about 30 minutes. Voila. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to five days.
