Jackie's Forget Me Nots

No vase can overflow if you never fill it up.

Todays daily prompt is Recharge and is brought to you by LifeJournal . I plug myself in to write. I highly recommend it if you keep a journal.

Sleep recharges, heals, rejuvenates as does a bit of pampering. I know this because electrolytes flow through our bodies and when we get sufficient energy we are good to go. I’m no expert on what you need but what happens when you have no energy? You feel tired and burnt or exhausted right? You need more energy and sometimes it is diet and exercise that helps and sometimes it is sleep or even a hot rejuvenating bath. I’d suggest including facials, because it calms you down and its soothing effect helps you look radiant and beautiful, in which case you don’t need actual sleep to get your glow on. Recharging your batteries can mean going to some resort or to a remote Island if you want to get fancy. Water hydrates our cells and makes us ready to go another round. Why do you think hospitals feed you water intravenously as soon as you are admitted? Water is beneficial . So is recharging beneficial and crucial if you want to function well. It makes you feel better too. You can perform all kinds of things to recharge yourself: i.e: laughing, to just thinking positive, or doing something you love. However, drink plenty of water, eat fruits and vegetables to get minerals and vitamins into your body. Basically, the type of fuel our bodies need.  But, their is nothing like a good walk in the park or jogging path. I also like deep breathing, because I *a cough* smoke. Don’t judge me, I’m not perfect, so definitely do as I say and not as I do. FYI, I’ve quit a number of times, but I find that I just want one or two occasionally, to calm my nerves. I take vitamin C  also because smoking wipes vitamin C out of the body every day, so I need increased doses. But, if there is anything that will calm my nerves better, it’s exercise. Simply because the effects of it enable me to fall down as dead tired. lol I mean it is cathartic, to feel your body relax after a good workout.
