Jackie's Forget Me Nots

No vase can overflow if you never fill it up.

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Seven Wonders.”Khalil Gibran once said that people will never understand one another unless language is reduced to seven words. What would your seven words be?

Once plinky asked the same question and I said...
Who the hell is Khalil Gibran anyway"?

Today is different. I am craving mushrooms so I am going to make mushroom soup the easy way.

Raw.

Empty a pack of any kind of fresh mushrooms you like into a blender with one clove garlic and a few or more peppercorns, then add almond milk just to cover the mushrooms. Blend on high for about 4 minutes until the soup is steaming hot. Voila!

You can also add fresh soaked cashews to make it more creamy. I only had almonds . So with a pinch of salt to taste and some green onions on top you’re good to go. Bon Appetit 🙂

“Mushroom soup is good for the soul.”= 7 words
