Jackie's 4get Me Nots

No vase can overflow if you never fill it up.

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Mountaintops and Valleys.” Describe a time when you quickly switched from feeling at the top of the world to sinking all the way down (or vice versa). Did you learn anything about yourself in the process?

Are you talking about bipolar disorder? Because the way you describe it sounds like a person suffering from mood swings- periods of elevated mood and periods of depression like you said and NO I am not bipolar but I’ve known people who are. They are unpredictable.

On the other hand I love rollercoasters and the feeling I get right before descending at high speed. Gravity forsakes me at the top as I quickly plunge down into an abyss giving me a sense of dizziness. Sometimes I close my eyes and scream , some rides loop upside down .

That’s the extent of my ups and downs otherwise I’m as stable as a rock.
