In response to The Daily Post's writing prompt: "Decisions, Decisions." How are you more likely to make an important decision — by reasoning through it,or by going with your gut?
Without any effort on my part, I slept on it, and the answer came to me immediately, after I gave myself time to process it subconsciously. That is what happened to me this morning when I read the daily post. My mind was blank. I didn’t understand how I was going to write anything. I am glad I went back to bed cause while I was sleeping it came to me. Being a Libra, (I know it’s a useless fact) I like to get all my facts. Still, I do mostly go with my gut and listen to my conscience. I mean isn’t that the whole idea of having a conscience to begin with?
We all need guidance, so let your conscience be your guide. I think it is the answer to making wise decisions because why do people kill, lie, cheat, steal or commit other serious crimes? They don’t have a conscience clearly. When you stop listening to the little voice in your head, it will die and you are like the walking dead by ignoring it. What happens then? It’s
excessive indulgence in sensual pleasures.
