Jackie's Forget Me Nots

No vase can overflow if you never fill it up.

Yes it’s that time of the week again and I just wanted to share my new book purchases I made today. I can’t wait to read them. This past week I read two books and one for good measure.

Riding the Night – best erotic book I’ve ever read and I haven’t read too many :p

Catcher in The Rye did not like it at all. Actually this is a re-read. Years and years ago in English boarding school we read this one for class and I didn’t recall any of it.

Divergent At first I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it but after I finished reading it I gave it a 3 out of 5 stars but as time passes I think I really like this book.

What I’m currently reading

I Am Ozzy – when I reeeed it I can hear Ozzy’s voice because of all the swearing and I’m loving it! I’m reading it to my boyfriend so it is going really slow.

Rogue – the second book in Rachel Vincents werecat series. I’m not finding this series is capturing my attention.

What I plan on reading are the ones I bought today

  1. If I Stay is really good – and comes with a soundtrack to listen to while you read it – I cant remember if that is in the back of the book or on line. Have fun!

Thanks for visiting my wordpress blog 🙂 I hardly use it but I just finished ‘If I Stay’ and it was good but it’s not like I cried , maybe the next one? Anyway I heard Josh Hutcherson mention that Catcher in the Rye was his favorite book of all time so I had to reread it and ….Nope it’s not even close to my fave. But I do love Peeta 🙂

I remember reading Catcher in the Rye in high school, too. I don’t remember if I liked it but it’s not one that on my list to reread. I do want to reread To Kill a Mockingbird, A Tale of Two Cities, and Great Expectations.

    Have a great week!

Ya that Holden Caufield[sp?] sure sounded like he was a stupid kid and it’s unfortunate that he did become schizo or mentally ill later
