Jackie's Forget Me Nots

No vase can overflow if you never fill it up.

“If you only had ten more years to live, would you do anything differently?”
Answer: Which would you rather regret: what you did? Or what you didn’t do

Iwould certainly add more life to my days. Which makes me think, what is stopping me from doing that anyway? Do I need to wait until I’m on my deathbed to live life to the fullest?

If I only had ten more years to live, I would get married and undo the knot in my fallopian tubes that are stopping me from having more children. I needn’t worry about them not having their mother because by worrying it won’t add years to my life anyway.

I would start taking control of my health; lose weight, exercise, fast twice a week, change my diet to eating only raw food, stop smoking, grow my food, get a water purifier, pray more rosaries, attend daily mass and adoration once or twice a week.

Those are just a few things I would do differently. I also think I would like to take a creative writing course or perhaps get an MA in English and GET A REAL LIFE!

Seeing as we don’t know how long we have, why not attack that list anyway, as thoughyou do only have 10 years?

Don't Eat That

The food pyramid is a lie, meat fat is good for you, and many (if not most) health problems are treatable with diet alone. I'm in remission from severe arthritis (multiple joints replaced), chronic fatigue, depression and a plethora of other symptoms from changing how I eat. This blog chronicles how my family and my parents eat and what it's done for us.
