Getting scared affects my nerves . Driving effects my nerves . I cannot deal with stress that much either. Shit makes me nervous. One of the awful things I do is smoke. I wish I can quit but it has a lot to do with being a nervous person. I don’t chew my nails but I do twirl my hair a lot especially when I’m watching tv.
I prefer breathing fresh air than to feeling suffocated. Having bad things happen all the time is suffocating.
Whenever I get nervous I breathe deeper and try to calm my nerves and relax. In extremely tough times , I wish someone had told me that everything would be ok or that things would get better . It helps to think of the good times but it’s sorta difficult when you can’t remember a time that was good .
I found crying helps . A good laugh is always good and looking on the bright side of things is how I manage.
