What percentage of Americans believe in the devil?

I believe there is a devil and he has many names such as Satan, Lucifer, beelzebul, prince of darkness etc.  He fell from heaven because of his pride. He is depicted as the Dragon and the Serpent who deceives everyone who dwell on the earth.  I believe he has demons who obey his orders . They have claws that scratch and they torment your soul . I’ve experienced them. I believe he wants Man to worship him and bow down to him, who is a tyrant.

I’m Catholic and if you have ever tried living a holy life you more than likely experienced the reality of the devil in your life, because not only does he hate christians , he hates all the good that you can do through Jesus Christ.  More importantly he hates the Church . My guess as to why other cultures/religions of the world do not believe in the devil is because they aren’t Christian . He wants people to believe he’s not real so he can manipulate you. He laughs at us .

Christians take the bible seriously so therefore you are supposed to believe in the devil because the bible talks about him .
