Jay Wilson is a beer maker whose inspiration for doing a lenten fast by drinking his home- made beer concoction, calling it The Illuminator came from learning about the history of German monks who fasted on ‘liquid bread’ for lent. He thought if THEY could do it so could he . He’s got Faith I must say. It took months years of planning but so far so good; other than mild headaches. I imagine it is due to the toxins in his body from all the doughnuts he’d been eating . click on the image or here and get inspired .
